PUFA Tower Office Interior Design

Shanghai PUFA Tower is located in the financial district of Shanghai Lu Jia Zui, though it has been built for decades, this building still occupies a place among the skyscrapers of Shanghai with its simple and unique Art Deco style. By preserving the spirit of classical architecture, the ambition of Shanghai PUFA Tower is echoing the past but also looking forward to the future.
In the interior design renovation, what we created is the sleek and anti-traditional elegance that symbolized wealth and sophistication.
The distinguishing features of Art Deco are simple, clean shapes, often with a ‘streamlined’ look and ornament that is stylized from representational forms, as a result, it has already become the symbol of industrialization in the early 20th century, also represent that remarkable time in Shanghai.
PUFA Tower as an office building, the first thing we would see while entering the building is the high-ceiling lobby with simple black and white tone, which aimed to reduce visual disturbance for users. As a reflection of Art Deco Style, our design tends to visually extend the space and bring the natural light into space.
In contrast, more design details are given to the public area on each floor to create the highlights for space.
We removed complicated decoration and giving the space a more absolute and logical design language. The new decorative design style, which caters to the trends of the times, not only makes Shanghai PUFA Tower become a landmark again but also presents a new office space design style.
